Dr. Nina is the founder of WYLD. She graduated from New Zealand College of Chiropractic. With more than a decade of experience working around the world including New Zealand, Spain & the UK. Providing care for across the globe. She worked throughout various areas in London & Essex for over 6 years before returning to her hometown of Auckland to set up WYLD. She also spent a few years travelling the world and offering volunteer services in East Africa, Israel, Haiti & South America.
Nina’s mission is to help people feel better and create a higher quality of life, this is what led her down the path of healthcare and creating WYLD. Nina is also passionate about bridging the gender inequalities that are faced world-wide especially in under-developed countries. In her more organised efforts to do so she has been a representative for the national UN women in New Zealand and also founded the Auckland branch.
She is now a mother of three to Florence, Noémie and Julian, whilst running WYLD alongside Tom, husband and co-founder of WYLD.

He is focused on wellness and unlocking human potential whether it be physically or mentally, there is always another way to optimise.

Senior Doctor Of Chiropractic
Dr. James has a decade of clinical experience as a chiropractor helping thousands of patients with a range of symptoms. He was born, raised and studied chiropractic in Auckland before moving to Australia to start his professional career.
Two of his career highlights are the time he spent as an intern mentor and assistant lecturer at the New Zealand Chiropractic College in 2019 and providing chiropractic to the people of Rarotonga on a mission trip in 2014.
Seeing his client’s journey toward a more vibrant health is a driving force behind his craft. Dr. James has a solution-based approach with the deep understanding that chiropractic unlocks your body’s ability to recover, heal and thrive.
As a husband and father he loves spending time with his wife and family. He regularly gets chiropractic adjustments to stay at optimum performance on the Jiu Jitsu mats and in the gym.

David Skelton
Senior Physiotherapist
David, a Takapuna native, brings a dynamic blend of athletic experience and clinical expertise to his physiotherapy practice. His passion for injury prevention ignited during his years representing North Harbour in rugby and athletics. This foundation led him to pursue a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy at AUT University.
Driven to refine his skills, David has undertaken postgraduate studies towards a Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy, complementing his certifications in Dry Needling and the Mulligan concept. His clinical practice has fostered a particular interest in the intersection of strength and conditioning with sport performance, especially within the realm of surfing.
A dedicated surfer himself, David's commitment extends beyond the clinic. He recently showcased his abilities by winning the plate open division at the 2023 Easter Masters Championship and 2024 Tarankai masters. This achievement led to an invitation as a guest speaker on "The Best Surf Show," where he shared insights on injury prevention, surfing-related injuries, and performance optimization.
David is eager to leverage his personal sporting journey, extensive knowledge, and refined skills to empower patients in achieving their individual goals and aspirations.

Li is a skilled and compassionate acupuncturist with many years of experience in promoting holistic health and well-being. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice, blending traditional acupuncture techniques with modern approaches to address a wide range of physical and emotional concerns. Passionate about helping her patients achieve balance, Li specializes in pain management, stress reduction, and improving overall vitality.
Her journey into acupuncture began after witnessing its profound impact on her own health and wellness, leading her to earn her certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Li believes in treating the root cause of ailments, not just the symptoms, and works closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.
When not in the clinic, Li enjoys spending time with her family, practicing mindfulness, and continuing her education to stay at the forefront of holistic health practices. Originally from South Korea, Jane is a qualified massage therapist at WYLD, with over five years of experience in both Korea and New Zealand. With a bachelor’s degree in beauty and a Korean national license in massage therapy, Jane offers a range of treatments, including deep tissue massage, facial massage, relaxing massage, pregnancy massage and lymphatic massage. These services are designed to help relieve stress, ease pain, accelerate recovery, and support healing from injuries—perfect for those dealing with muscle tension, poor posture, or recovering from physical discomfort.

He is currently studying business, and his personal experiences ignited a desire to help others achieve pain-free lives. Shayan prioritizes building strong relationships with patients and understanding their unique needs. He empowers patients to take charge of their health, and his infectious enthusiasm for wellness and unwavering commitment to your well-being are hallmarks of his approach.
While not at the clinic, you might find him training or sharing his knowledge coaching basketball. His active lifestyle fuels his passion for promoting healthy habits.

Tia adores beauty and wellness. Her love for skincare pushed her to complete a Beauty Therapy degree, where she found a connection to massage, facials, nails and natural beauty. To further her knowledge, Tia begun a Bachelor of Health Science degree minoring in business management and creative entrepreneurship. In this degree she has loved learning about holistic wellness and cultural health models.
One of Tias goals is to volunteer as a health promoter in African communities, while learning about unique skincare and health practices to incorporate beautiful and organic ingredients into her own skincare brand, with a percentage to keep these communities healthy.
Tia loves being a yoga, pilates and silks girly. She adores looking after her tortie polydactyl cat (her baby), painting nails, walking, being with family and friends, or doing LED masks and macrame. Tia will always greet you with a warm smile, friendly chat or a tea. She can’t wait to meet you

Seohee is passionate about health and wellness, both in her work as a chiropractic assistant and in her everyday life. She finds joy in nature, whether it’s hiking through scenic trails, swimming at the beach, or taking a quiet walk to reset. Movement and balance are important to her, and she enjoys discovering ways to stay active in a way that feels natural and fulfilling. In her free time she’s usually in the kitchen baking something sweet (makes really good chunky chocolate cookies) or at the beach. More than anything, she values slowing down and being present, whether that’s through spending time with loved ones, reading, or simply embracing a peaceful moment to herself.
