Jiji is a massage therapist who brings a deep understanding of the body to every treatment. Before moving into massage, she spent two years as a Pilates instructor, designing personalised programmes and helping clients move with better posture, control and body awareness.
Jiji works across remedial, deep tissue and relaxation massage, and is confident delivering firm, therapeutic pressure when your body needs it. She tailors every session to your concerns and checks in with you throughout, so the treatment always feels right.

- What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?
- Stay hydrated throughout the day. Drinking enough water is such a simple habit, but it makes a big difference to how I feel.
- How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
- I like taking a long warm shower and getting an early night. Sometimes, I’ll also go for a quiet walk to unwind.
- What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?
- I practise yoga and make time to connect with my family and friends. Both help me reset and feel grounded.
- What's your favourite way to prioritise your wellness on a daily basis?
- I focus on simple, consistent habits like drinking enough water, stretching, walking, and avoiding eating too late at night.
- What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?
- I try to make sure I get enough rest and give myself time to recover between busy days and activities.
- What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?
- My background in movement and exercise, especially Pilates, introduced me to how much the body and mind are connected. Working with people and seeing how movement and massage can help them feel better inspired me to continue my career in wellness.
- What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?
- Somatic movement practices and the Franklin Method have had a positive impact on the way I understand and connect with my body. They’ve also helped me realise how much our thoughts and mindset can influence our physical well-being, and how important it is to maintain a positive mindset.
- What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?
- I’ve recently started going for occasional runs, which has been a nice way to add more movement into my routine.
- What activity makes you feel most energised and alive?
- Morning Vinyasa yoga. I love starting the day with movement and feeling more awake and connected to my body afterwards.
- What is something that makes you laugh?
- Spending time with people I love always makes me happy. Even little things like getting an iced latte after yoga, going for a walk, or receiving a random message from an old friend can make me smile.
