Dr Curran will give us a short overview of your Spine and the importance of it, followed by how day to day stressors can impact your Health & Wellness. He will then give us some tips on how to implement preventative measures into our daily life to have the highest quality of life possible. To help you be more, and do more.

Learn about Dr Curran:
Born and bred in Auckland, Dr Curran is a passionate individual. He is on a journey to help people live their best lives. This passion for better living stemmed from his own journey into fitness. Alongside his desire for helping people, he has an interest of how the human brain and body functions; guiding him firstly into becoming a Trainer and then, into a Chiropractor.
Dr Curran is an advocate to “have fun doing life”. He loves adventure and travel. He is always up for something new and exciting that’s out of his comfort zone or, exploring new culture, predominantly their food. His motto, “I train to eat.” He is also competitive. He strives to be the best in anything he sets his mind to. From this sparked a passion in exploring fighting as a sport and he has actively competed in Mixed Martial Arts.
