Dr. Nina is the founder of WYLD. She graduated from New Zealand College of Chiropractic. With more than a decade of experience working around the world including New Zealand, Spain & the UK. Providing care for across the globe. She worked throughout various areas in London & Essex for over 6 years before returning to her hometown of Auckland to set up WYLD. She also spent a few years travelling the world and offering volunteer services in East Africa, Israel, Haiti & South America.

Nina’s mission is to help people feel better and create a higher quality of life, this is what led her down the path of healthcare and creating WYLD. Nina is also passionate about bridging the gender inequalities that are faced world-wide especially in under-developed countries. In her more organised efforts to do so she has been a representative for the national UN women in New Zealand and also founded the Auckland branch.

She is now a mother of two to Florence + Noémie, whilst running WYLD alongside Tom, husband and co-founder of WYLD.

Dr. Josh has been fascinated by the human body and its potential since he was a child. He saw firsthand how a change in his own belief system at a young age led to a dramatic improvement in his health.

Dr. Josh has worked as a doctor in New Zealand and Australia. This has given him the opportunity to work with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. He has learned to appreciate the different ways that people approach their health, and he is able to tailor his care to meet the individual needs of his patients.

Dr. Josh is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience to help others achieve optimal health. He believes that this is especially important in today's world, as the global health landscape has changed dramatically in recent years.

Dr. James has a decade of clinical experience as a chiropractor helping thousands of patients with a range of symptoms. He was born, raised and studied chiropractic in Auckland before moving to Australia to start his professional career.

Two of his career highlights are the time he spent as an intern mentor and assistant lecturer at the New Zealand Chiropractic College in 2019 and providing chiropractic to the people of Rarotonga on a mission trip in 2014.

Seeing his client’s journey toward a more vibrant health is a driving force behind his craft. Dr. James has a solution-based approach with the deep understanding that chiropractic unlocks your body’s ability to recover, heal and thrive.

As a husband and father he loves spending time with his wife and family. He regularly gets chiropractic adjustments to stay at optimum performance on the Jiu Jitsu mats and in the gym.

Dr. Gabby's goal is to help people live, feel, and move better. She completed her nutrition degree in Dunedin, while working as a personal trainer, before moving back to Auckland to study chiropractic. 

Dr. Gabby began chiropractic care when she was recovering from a running injury. She was fascinated by how interconnected the body is, and how the area where you experience pain may not actually be the root cause of the problem. Dr. Gabby continued chiropractic after the pain had gone away, and began to appreciate how chiropractic care can help improve athletic performance, overall health and well-being. She aims to help other people find the root cause of their problems and experience the benefits chiropractic care can offer.

Dr. Gabby is energetic, approachable, and hardworking. She utilises her knowledge of nutrition, exercise and chiropractic, to help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.

Dr. Curran Singh is a Chiropractor who is passionate about helping people live pain-free and healthier lives.

Dr. Singh was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. He developed a passion for fitness and health at a young age, which led him to pursue a career in chiropractic. He has experience working with a variety of athletes, including MMA fighters, rugby players, and runners.

Dr. Singh believes that chiropractic care can help people of all ages and backgrounds improve their overall health and well-being.

In addition to his chiropractic practice, Dr. Singh is also an active MMA athlete. He believes that his own experience as an athlete gives him a unique understanding of the challenges that athletes face and how chiropractic care can help them stay healthy and perform at their best.

Tyrone specializes in the treatment of pain and acute injuries using a range of holistic techniques gathered from his experience in traditional Chinese medicine and modern health science. He has developed a unique approach to manual therapy, working to discover gentle and effective pathways to releasing joints, contracted fascia and stagnant fluids.

His background started with keen interest in mathematics, science, Chinese martial arts, and by extension- the limits of human potential. Tyrone got his Bachelor of Health Science in 2012 majoring in Acupuncture. Since then, he has been working with integrative Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, and Naturopaths to find better alternatives to modern health problems.

He has extensive experience with injury rehabilitation, degenerative joints, chronic inflammation, intermittent fasting, cancer immune therapy & nutrition, heavy metal detoxification, autoimmune disease, and skin conditions.

Massage Therapist

Laura is a qualified Massage Therapist from the UK with over 10 years experience specialising in remedial, deep tissue, lymphatic and relaxation massage. Laura uses a combination of massage modalities including cupping and gua sha to personalise and elevate your treatment plans for what your body needs to gain relief, reduce stress, and increase wellbeing. Originally from South Africa, Radley is a qualified massage therapist specialising in deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage who is dedicated to helping people achieve their optimal health and wellbeing. 

Radley found his passion for the profession during his years of powerlifting and bodybuilding training. It was here that he personally experienced the transformative benefits of massage as a vital component of his recovery and performance. Recognising the profound impact it had on his own journey, Radley felt a deep calling to share these benefits with others. 

His approach is centred on collaborating with the client to promote healing through a combination of massage techniques tailored to individual needs, to reduce issues like tension, stress, muscle soreness and pain that can hinder daily activities. So whether you are an athlete, office professional or busy mum, Radley’s personalised care and targeted treatment plans ensure each client is provided the relief they deserve.

Lin is a highly skilled and compassionate acupuncturist dedicated to promoting holistic healing and wellness. With over 13 years of experience and a deep understanding of acupuncture and Chinese medicine, she has become a trusted acupuncturist in her field. She pursued her education at the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in China, where she earned her Master's degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Charlotte Verstappen

Charlotte is a dedicated and driven degree-qualified Naturopath, with a dynamic background in science, research and natural health. Growing up in the rural Waikato, she has a strong appreciation for nature, the outdoors and is passionate about enhancing wellbeing and vitality through holistic interventions.


Charlotte was first introduced to the benefits of Naturopathy while navigating her own health journey. When it felt like the medical community had no answers for her digestive issues, she took matters into her own hands and used her science background to investigate what was going on. Through changes in diet, lifestyle and learning to listen to the signs that her body was giving her, she was able to take control of her health issues and gain a deeper understanding of how our wellbeing is impacted by our daily life.

This experience gave Charlotte a new appreciation of health in all its forms (physical, mental, emotional) and encouraged her to pursue a career in Naturopathy. She is passionate about educating and empowering others so that they may also take charge of their own health and find health freedom. While working with a range of health concerns, her areas of expertise include gut health, digestive issues, food allergies/intolerances, and mental wellbeing.

When she’s not in the clinic, she spends her time baking allergy-friendly treats, reading, dancing and enjoying the company of her friends, family and pets.

Originally from Lithuania, Dalia is a degree qualified Naturopath and Medical herbalist. She also completed advanced training in Autoimmunity Clinical Strategies and Treatment Applications in post-graduate education at The Kharrazian Institute.

As natural interventions have enabled Dalia to overcome her autoimmune health challenges, she is passionate about teaching her patients how to implement them and live well and thrive in the midst of complex and chronic illness. Her desire is to use all the resources available to help identify and support the root causes of her clients’ ailments and guide them to optimal health.  She uses evidence-based nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle approaches to address chronic health conditions. Her goal is also to educate, inspire and help her clients to take charge of their health and wellbeing.

​While she works with a wide range of medical conditions, she is particularly drawn to support complex chronic conditions, autoimmunity, women’s health and hormonal disorders.

Georgia grew up with an active lifestyle in the suburb of Titirangi. She has just begun her studies at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic.

Her enthusiasm for health and wellbeing was developed from years of playing soccer and her love for the outdoors. Through a few years of elevating her customer service skills working in retail and hospitality, Georgia’s’ warm personality is what you will be meet with when you enter the clinic.

When she’s not at WYLD you will find her at the beach or spending time with friends.

Victoria has a love for wellness and enjoys learning about how to have a more holistic approach to life!  

She grew up heavily involved in dance and performance, so knows all too well how important it is to look after your body. From her time working in the beauty industry, she realized her true passion lies in encouraging people to feel and be their most confident selves!

When she isn’t manning the front desk at WYLD you will find her spending time with friends, stretching it out at a Pilates class or sipping an iced coffee in the sunshine.

Emily has been passionate about health and wellness since she can remember. Her love for helping others achieve their health goals aided her in gaining her Bachelor of Health Degree, Majoring in Health Psychology. Emily is currently completing her Masters in Dance Movement Therapy, with a special interest in Traumatic Brain Injury recovery.  

As part of her studies, Emily works alongside a range of individuals with varying disabilities and healthcare concerns. She aspires to get Dance Movement Therapy into the rehabilitation system for traumatic brain injuries.  

In her free time, Emily enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle and spending quality time with her inner circle. She also has a strong interest in gaining her Reformer Pilates Certification to aid others in their holistic recovery and overall wellbeing.  

Emily’s bubbly and vibrant personality will greet you at the front desk. She is excited to inspire you throughout your recovery journey.

She translates her knowledge into action as a group fitness instructor and active member of run club communities in Auckland. Georgie’s true calling lies in inspiring and empowering others to transform their lives through fitness and health education. When not motivating others, you can find Georgie hitting the gym with friends, pounding the pavement on a run, whipping up delicious meals, or soaking up the sunshine.
