Equipped with both an infrared sauna and an ice bath, our therapy room allows you to harness the power of temperature contrast to enhance your body's natural healing process. Alternate between heat and cold to increase blood flow and reduce inflammation, and revitalize your nervous system. Take your recovery to new heights and discover optimal recovery and wellness by experiencing the power of our ice bath therapy room.

Welcome to WYLD, the ultimate self-care experience.

Step 1

Begin your journey by arriving early and enjoying a complimentary tea or filtered cold water. As you relax in the soothing ambiance of essential oils, one of our team members will provide a personalized introduction to our space and your treatment. To fully benefit from our infrared saunas and ice baths, please arrive without deodorant, perfume, body oils, or makeup on.

Step 2

You will then be led to your private suite for your treatment. Inside, you will find complimentary towels and cold filtered water. Your sauna will be preheated and your ice bath will be precooled and ready for you.

Step 3

During your session, we encourage you to relax, unwind, and find your inner grounding. You can do this through meditation, listening to music, or simply enjoying the silence.

Step 4

After at least 15-20 minutes of building a sweat, it is time to experience the ice bath. The ice bath is set between 4-6 degrees Celsius. We recommend focusing on your breath before getting in and counting to 5 as you inhale and exhale. Continue to alternate between the sauna and the ice bath throughout your treatment, rinsing after each sweat to ensure the cleanliness of WYLD facilities. Please also dry off after exiting the ice bath and entering the sauna to ensure it stays dry.

Step 5

After your final cycle, use your own private shower to wash away the toxins from your session using our complimentary body wash. Please leave all used towels and glassware in your private suite at the end of your session.

Step 6

Upon your return to the waiting room, our WYLD team will be waiting for you. Book a future session before embarking on the rest of your day.
