The Profile
Staying hydrated! It seems basic, but so many of us forget. I carry a water bottle everywhere.
I love to take a walk with the kids and my husband at the beach, or watch them run around at the playground. It’s an instant mental reset.
I try to get some form of movement into my day, even if it's just a walk. I also make time for a colorful healthy meal when I need energy.
Turning my phone on aeroplane mode at night to protect my rest.
Seeing the positive impact that small changes have on people's lives and the reward of connecting with clients' stories.
Long walks in the fresh air. It provides the space needed for reflection and clarity.
Limiting screen time before bed has significantly improved my sleep quality.
Being outdoors in nature, especially when the sun is shining. It's an instant mood booster.
My kids! Their funny comments and daily discoveries are a constant source of joy.
'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. It's a reminder to trust your intuition and have the courage to make positive changes.
