Dr. Nina Eghani

A Global Perspective. Dr. Nina Eghani is a graduate of the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. Her career spans more than a decade, having practiced across New Zealand, Spain, and the UK. After spending six years serving communities in London and Essex, she returned to her hometown of Auckland to establish WYLD.

Beyond the Clinic. Nina’s mission is centered on helping people reclaim their vitality. Her journey has included volunteer services in East Africa, Israel, Haiti, and South America. She is a staunch advocate for gender equality, previously serving as a national representative for UN Women and founding the Auckland branch.

Life at WYLD. Currently, Nina runs the collective alongside her husband Tom, balancing the demands of leadership with raising their three children: Florence, Noémie, and Julian.

Ritual What is one simple wellness tip you swear by?

Staying hydrated! It seems basic, but so many of us forget. I carry a water bottle everywhere.

Recovery How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?

I love to take a walk with the kids and my husband at the beach, or watch them run around at the playground. It’s an instant mental reset.

Priority How do you prioritize wellness daily?

I try to get some form of movement into my day, even if it's just a walk. I also make time for a colorful healthy meal when I need energy.

Habit What healthy habit are you most proud of?

Turning my phone on aeroplane mode at night to protect my rest.

Motivation What inspired your career in wellness?

Seeing the positive impact that small changes have on people's lives and the reward of connecting with clients' stories.

Mindset What do you do for your mental wellness?

Long walks in the fresh air. It provides the space needed for reflection and clarity.

Refinement What's a small change that's improved your well-being?

Limiting screen time before bed has significantly improved my sleep quality.

Energy What activity makes you feel most alive?

Being outdoors in nature, especially when the sun is shining. It's an instant mood booster.

Joy What makes you laugh?

My kids! Their funny comments and daily discoveries are a constant source of joy.

Wisdom What resource has impacted your journey?

'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. It's a reminder to trust your intuition and have the courage to make positive changes.
