  • Q: What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?

Staying hydrated! It seems basic, but so many of us forget. I carry a water bottle everywhere.

  • Q: How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?

I love to take a walk with the kids and my husband at the beach, do some fun activities with the kids and be young again, or go out to the playground and watch the kids run around. It really helps to clear my head and lets me unwind.

  • Q: What's your favorite way to prioritize your wellness on a daily basis?

I try to get some form of movement into my day, even if it's just going for a walk. And I always make time for a colorful healthy meal when i need some energy.

  • Q: What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?

Turning my phone on aeroplane mode at night!

  • Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?

Seeing the positive impact that small changes can have on people's lives. Or just connecting with clients and getting to know them and their life. I find it very rewarding.

  • Q: What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?

Go for a long walk and get fresh air.

  • Q: What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?

I've started to limit my screen time before bed, and it's improved my sleep quality significantly.

  • Q: What activity makes you feel most energized and alive?

Being outdoors in nature, especially when the sun is shining. It's an instant mood booster.

  • Q: What is something that makes you laugh?

My kids! Their funny comments and discoveries as they grow always brighten my day.

Q: What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?

One of my favorite books is 'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coelho. It promotes the idea of listening to your heart and pursuing your personal legend. For me, that translates to trusting my intuition when it comes to my own well-being and having the courage to make positive changes, even when they're challenging. It's a reminder that wellness is a journey, not a destination, and that following your own path is essential.
