Ben is a massage therapist with experience working with a variety of patients, from young athletes to the elderly. He received his training from AUT University, where he specialized in deep tissue and trigger point massage. Ben's massages are designed to address muscle tightness and soreness, and he often interweaves sports massage with relaxation massage to provide a more holistic and enjoyable experience.
