Dr. James MacKay

A Decade of Clinical Excellence. Dr. James MacKay brings ten years of clinical experience as a chiropractor, having helped thousands of patients with a wide range of symptoms. Born and raised in Auckland, James returned to his hometown after starting his professional career in Australia, bringing with him a solution-based approach to holistic wellness.

Mentorship & Mission. A career highlight for James was his time spent as an intern mentor and assistant lecturer at the New Zealand Chiropractic College, along with his mission trip to Rarotonga in 2014. These experiences deepened his understanding that chiropractic care is essential in unlocking the body’s innate ability to recover, heal, and thrive across all disciplines of health.

Optimized Performance. As an active practitioner, James leads by example, regularly receiving adjustments to stay at optimum performance on the Jiu Jitsu mats and in the gym. Whether he is spending time with his wife and family or refining his craft, his driving force remains the same: seeing his clients' journey toward more vibrant health and physical freedom.
