- What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?
- Prioritising high-quality, consistent sleep. It is the foundation for physical recovery, mental clarity and overall energy throughout the day.
- How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
- Going for a peaceful evening walk to clear my head, followed by a warm coffee or tea and relaxing at home.
- What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?
- Setting clear boundaries for rest so I can fully disconnect from study and work commitments.
- What's your favourite way to prioritise your wellness on a daily basis?
- Making sure I move my body every day, whether it's a gym session or going out for a walk.
- What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?
- Prioritising a consistent sleep routine to support my energy and physical recovery.
- What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?
- My background in physiotherapy, and seeing firsthand how supporting the body's movement and recovery directly improves people's overall quality of life.
- What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?
- Atomic Habits by James Clear. It completely changed how I approach daily routines and small mindset shifts.
- What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?
- Being intentional about staying hydrated throughout the day, rather than just drinking water whenever I feel like it.
- What activity makes you feel most energised and alive?
- A great workout session followed by time spent outdoors in nature.
- What is something that makes you laugh?
- Witty banter and lighthearted moments spent with good friends.
