Curated wellness
Outside of work, Ashlee believes wellness is about finding balance and making time for the things that make you feel good. She loves getting out and about, spending time with friends and family, exploring new places and travelling whenever she can.
She also enjoys taking time for herself, whether that's having a quiet night in, getting some fresh air, staying active or simply switching off from a busy day. For Ashlee, looking after her wellbeing is about enjoying the little things, staying connected with the people she loves and making time to recharge.
Intentional balance
Ashlee tries to create balance in her life by making time for both the things she needs to do and the things that make her happy. She makes an effort to stay organised, spend quality time with the people she loves, and get out and enjoy new experiences, while also recognising when she needs to slow down and recharge. For her, intentional balance is about not putting too much pressure on herself and making space for both productivity and rest.
