With a bachelor’s degree in beauty and a Korean national license in massage therapy, Jane offers a range of treatments, including deep tissue massage, facial massage, relaxing massage, pregnancy massage and lymphatic massage.     Drinking a warm glass of water in the morning helps with circulation and makes it easier to start the day.

    I take a warm shower, spray lavender oil on my pillow, and go to bed early.

    Going for a walk helps me clear my mind and avoid negative thoughts.

    I take care of myself by going for short walks, eating healthy meals, and getting enough rest.

    I enjoy watching a famous Korean youtube channel called Doctor Friends. They share practical health tips and easy-to-understand medical insights, which help me take better care of my body and overall well-being.

    Sticking to a regular sleep routine so I can wake up feeling refreshed and energized.

  • Q: What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?

    Recently, the "Anti-Aging Diet" has become popular in Korea. It focuses on keeping blood sugar levels stable and incorporating nutrient-rich, anti-inflammatory foods to slow the aging process. Since adopting this diet, I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and an overall sense of well-being.

  • Q: What activity makes you feel most energized and alive?

    Going outside and feeling connected to nature refreshes my mind, so I make sure to go for a walk every day.

    Seeing cute animals or funny moments on the street always brings a smile to my face!

I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel their best, and through wellness, I saw a chance to make a positive impact on others’ physical and mental health.
