Massage Therapist

With over 8 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and a strong background in health, movement and wellbeing, Kevin is dedicated to helping clients reduce pain, relieve tension and improve overall quality of life.

Kevin combines extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology and body mechanics with a wide range of therapeutic techniques — including deep tissue, pressure point therapy, myofascial release, Thai herbal compress, cupping, pregnancy and postpartum massage, and relaxation massage.

He has dedicated his career to helping athletes and active individuals perform at their best, working with endurance athletes, combat sport competitors, CrossFit athletes, swimmers and national-level weightlifting teams. Known for his attentive approach and attention to detail, Kevin creates treatments that are both restorative and results-driven.

What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?
Prioritize sleep. Consistent, quality sleep is one of the most powerful tools for recovery, performance and long-term health.
How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
Training, spending time outdoors, reading, and sharing quality time with my partner.
What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?
Regular exercise and mindfulness practices help me stay balanced and present.
What's your favourite way to prioritise your wellness daily?
Making time for movement every day — strength training, Muay Thai, walking or mobility work.
What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?
Staying physically active and committed to continuous learning about health and recovery. (And eating dark chocolate.)
What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?
I've always been fascinated by the body's ability to heal, adapt and perform. Helping people move and feel better is incredibly rewarding.
What book has impacted your wellness journey?
Atomic Habits by James Clear — it reinforced how consistent small habits create meaningful long-term change.
What activity makes you feel most energised and alive?
Training Muay Thai. It challenges me physically and mentally while keeping me focused and present.
