What to Know
A few things to help you make the most of your first visit.
What to Bring
- Any relevant scans, X-rays or specialist reports
- List of current medications and supplements
- If injured, mention this when booking so we can prep your ACC paperwork in advance
- Yourself, on time, ideally 5-10 minutes early
What to Wear
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move in
- Activewear is ideal for assessment and treatment
- Avoid restrictive jeans, belts or anything tight
- Gowns are available in our private treatment rooms if needed

ACC Registered & No GP Referral Needed
WYLD Ponsonby chiropractors and physiotherapists are ACC registered providers. If your concern is from an injury — recent or old — we can lodge a new ACC claim directly at the clinic. ACC subsidises a significant portion of your treatment cost. We're also registered with Southern Cross and most major NZ health insurers. Just mention any insurance or active ACC claim when booking and we'll handle the rest.
