Originally from Australia, Toni is a degree qualified acupuncturist. Her experience has been working in clinics in Brisbane and New Zealand.
With over 10 years of hands on experience through energy work Toni’s understanding in healing emotional aspects within the body can have an impact on the physical and mental health. Toni’s passion lies in her holistic approach through her acupuncture treatments focusing on the health and wellness of all clients.
Supporting patients in acupuncture, stress, anxiety, women’s health, cosmetic acupuncture, electro acupuncture, cupping, pregnancy massage, pain the body.
Outside of work Toni loves spending her time with her husband and four adult children and keeping active through Pilates, yoga and loves using techniques like meditation to quiet her mind.

Q: What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?
I always listen to what my body is telling me. Your body will give you nudges or signs. I listen and observe these feelings, thoughts or sensations, this is my body showing me something is out of balance.

Q: How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
Sitting quietly and grounding myself using mindful thoughts with a hot cup of tea.

Q: What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?
For me mediation helps reset any unwanted thought processes.

Q: What's your favorite way to prioritize your wellness on a daily basis?
A five minute meditation as well as setting my intentions for the day and some form of exercise like yoga, Pilates, walking to help move my body.

Q: What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?
Learning about Australian Bush Flower essences has shown me they can be another tool along side acupuncture to treat emotional and spiritual imbalances within the body, bringing back harmony and wellbeing of a person.

Q: What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?
Mindful thinking and positive affirmations are a great way to reinforce positive thoughts and feelings. I am a firm believer that your thoughts and emotions can manifest and have an impact on a person's health. Staying in the present moment and allowing myself to detach from negative thoughts and emotions without judgment or reaction can lead to a better understanding and a sense of calm.

Q: What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?
My husband and I have started walking 10km on a weekend and this could be on a beach, footpath or through parks.

Q: What activity makes you feel most energized and alive?
Reformer Pilates is a great way to activate the core and it gives me lots of energy.

Spending time with my husband and 4 adult children brings me love, gratitude and joy.
