He holds both a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Physiotherapy Practice from the University of Auckland, blending deep academic knowledge with clinical expertise.

With a competitive football background, Tasuku understands the physical and mental demands of injury firsthand, allowing him to guide patients through rehabilitation with genuine empathy. He pairs hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes designed for long-term performance.

Connection. Tasuku thrives on building strong, trusting relationships, ensuring every client feels confident throughout their recovery journey. Outside of the clinic, he is a dedicated football fan and cherishes time spent with his partner, friends, and family.

Take the time to understand yourself. What works for one person may not work for another, so learning what helps you feel your best is key.

Inspiration What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?

My experience as a footballer and dealing with injury showed me how important it is to take care of your body. I’m passionate about helping others return to what they love and achieve their goals.

Energy What activity makes you feel most energised and alive?

Staying connected to football. While I no longer play competitively, I still enjoy kicking the ball around. I also love watching top-level football, which keeps me energised and engaged.

Joy What is something that makes you laugh?

Spending time and talking with my partner always makes me laugh. I also enjoy watching football—it’s something I genuinely find fun and uplifting.
