Talitha brings a whole-body approach to massage, shaped by her years working in a UK health hub alongside chiropractors and physiotherapists. That integrated way of working, where every practitioner plays a part in someone’s health, is exactly what drew her to WYLD.
A strong advocate of preventative care, Talitha works with the whole body, mind and breath to uncover where tension is being held, both physically and emotionally. Her treatments help the body release on every level for deeper, longer-lasting relief.
She is a trained yoga teacher with more than four years of teaching experience, and practises Ayurvedic yoga massage, which she now blends with deep tissue and sports techniques. Teaching yoga alongside massage has deepened her own understanding of the body, and helps her guide clients to better understand theirs.
Helping people find relief, relaxation and a deeper connection to their bodies is what Talitha loves most, and she’s excited to share the benefits of massage with the WYLD community.
