Book with ShaunAbout Shaun
Shaun Owen is in the final stage of his chiropractic training at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, refining his clinical skills at WYLD under close mentorship from our experienced team. He’s spent years building his knowledge in musculoskeletal health and is now seeing patients in clinic.
Shaun’s care is thorough and evidence-informed. Every visit starts with a careful assessment, and he takes the time to explain what he finds and how your care plan will help, so you always know what’s happening and why. His plans are reviewed with WYLD’s senior chiropractors, which means you get the most up-to-date training backed by years of clinical experience.
Outside the clinic, Shaun is a competitive fencer, which gives him a firsthand understanding of how the body moves under load, reacts to strain, and recovers between sessions — insight he brings straight into his patient care.
Book in with Shaun for attentive, up-to-date care.

- How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
- A good training session, then something quiet and low-key to switch off.
- What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?

- Seeing how much better people feel when their body is moving well, and wanting to be part of that.
- What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?
- Honestly, my time at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. I’ve learned so much from my lecturers and from the team at WYLD.
- What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?
- Building more proper rest into my week instead of pushing through when I’m tired.

- Good friends and a well-timed bad joke.
