Sania is a dedicated and passionate neuromuscular therapist with five years of industry experience and a wealth of clinical knowledge. She specialises in tailored, outcome-driven treatments designed to relieve pain, support recovery and enhance long-term physical wellbeing.
With advanced training across a broad range of modalities, Sania offers deep tissue, sports, relaxation and prenatal massage, as well as hot stone therapy, cupping and reflexology. Grounded in a thorough understanding of human anatomy and strong communication, she takes pride in creating personalised treatment plans in a comfortable, professional environment that supports the body's natural healing process.
Outside of her practice, Sania is an avid cook and photographer who loves culinary experiments and capturing memorable moments on the weekend.

- Making time for people who leave me feeling recharged and positive, so I can have a productive day.

- Protecting my sleep routine and having some me time, like enjoying my coffee alone.

- Making healthier food choices and drinking more water every day. My evening walks are the best part of my day.

- A genuine interest in holistic wellbeing and helping people reduce their stress. I love being able to contribute to someone's wellness through professional care.

- Cutting down on unnecessary screen time and spending more time outdoors.
