Having a solid morning routine: sunlight, hydration, and movement.

Recovery How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?

A walk and a swim at the beach usually does the trick!

Being really disciplined with my exercise, prioritizing that even when life gets hectic.

Priority How do you prioritize your wellness daily?

I wake up early, before the kids, to have uninterrupted time to breathe and move before the chaos of the day begins.

Energy What activity makes you feel most alive?

Jiu jitsu, swimming in the ocean, and play fighting with my kids.

"Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker was a game changer, and I also love the Huberman Lab podcast.
