  • Q: What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?

Getting outside daily is my #1 and grounding with earth at least 10 minutes a day.

  • Q: How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?

Lighting a candle when I get home, doing my self care routine along with setting the tone down with my mood reset playlist sometimes and putting my phone on do not disturb before bed along with reading my book by Mel Robbins.

  • Q: What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?

I recently started listening to The Mel Robbins Podcast, and she’s so inspiring! She shares advice she wishes she had known when she was younger along with many other things.

I also really enjoyed Mari Llewellyn’s Pursuit of Wellness podcast but I haven’t listened to her recently because her content is more focused on her IVF journey and isn’t beneficial to me right now. But the Mel Robbins Podcast has had a huge impact on me! Majority of her episodes helps me relax and unwind, and I can listen to it while I’m cleaning my room, driving, or doing any other productive thing. It gives me a sense of calm and clarity, and it’s also really educational.

  • Q: What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?

My healthy habit is drinking enough water everyday, I am proud of myself for drinking my water consistently, it’s a powerful habit of mine to keep my drink bottle with me always as it keeps me energised and focused throughout the day. I will always start the day with water and no phone for the first 30 minutes of waking up along with journaling.

  • Q: What's your favourite way to prioritise your wellness on a daily basis?

My favourite way to prioritise my wellness daily is by having me time like going for a walk with my dog or going to the gym and simply having a green tea at the end of my day.  This helps me reset and feel good.

  • Q: What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?

Pilates helps with my mental wellness as it declutters my mind and sets mental clarity as I always feel good because I get a sense of accomplishment after I complete a class.

  • Q: What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?

A small change I’ve made recently that’s really improved my wellbeing is being more intentional with my morning routine. I’ve started setting aside time each morning to hydrate, journal, stretch and take a few mindful minutes before diving into the day. It has also helped me feel more grounded, energised, and focused throughout the day.

  • Q: What activity makes you feel most energized and alive?

The activities that make me feel most energised and alive are Pilates and walking. Pilates helps me feel strong, balanced, and connected to my body, while walking especially outdoors helps me clear my mind.

  • Q: What is something that makes you laugh?

Something that makes me laugh is when I find myself in unexpected or awkward situations. Even if I’m cringing in the moment, I usually end up laughing about it later, but honestly I will probably have a giggle at any joke made by anyone.

Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?

My wellness journey began back in high school when I started going to the gym and paying attention to what I was eating. What really deepened my commitment was joining an affiliate program 2 years ago for Kangen water machines which is pretty much a filter that ionises tap water, transforms it into healthy alkaline drinking water. Although I’m no longer involved in affiliate marketing, I still own a machine and that investment became a turning point because it pushed me to prioritise my long term health and fully embrace a wellness focused lifestyle. I have many beliefs around wellness but what I like to say is health is wealth and we only have 1 body so we need to take care of it.
