Radley found his passion for the profession during his years of powerlifting and bodybuilding training. It was here that he personally experienced the transformative benefits of massage as a vital component of his recovery and performance. Recognising the profound impact it had on his own journey, Radley felt a deep calling to share these benefits with others.

  • Q: What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?

    Prioritising movement every day. Whether it’s simply stretching or walking, staying active helps both my body and mind feel better. It doesn’t have to be complicated - small, consistent habits make the biggest difference over time. 

  • Q: How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?

    I like to unwind by sitting down to watch my favourite TV shows. I find it a good way to disconnect and get lost in something else while giving me space to recharge and reset.

  • Q: What is one thing you do for your mental wellness?

    If the sun is out I will be at the beach listening to the waves. 

  • Q: What's your favorite way to prioritize your wellness on a daily basis?

    Having a to do list ensures I have a clear plan for the day so I can stay organised while making space for both work and self care practices. 

  • Q: What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?

    Anatomy Trains by Thomas Myers. It deepened my understanding of how the body is interconnected through fascial lines, influencing not just movement but overall wellbeing. 

  • Q: What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?

    Drinking 3 litres of water a day. Hydration is key! 

  • Q: What's a small change you've made recently that's improved your well-being?

    Staying off social media and limiting my screen time before bed.

    Going to the gym regularly, lifting heavy, progressing and pushing my body to near failure on those last sets.

    Inside jokes with friends. One look and I will be on the floor. 

Q: What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?

Through my weight training and receiving massage, I saw firsthand how bodywork could enhance recovery, reduce stress, and improve overall my wellbeing. Beyond those benefits, I became deeply aware of the importance of how tender touch can facilitate healing by bringing comfort and restoration. That understanding inspired me to pursue a career where I could help others feel better in their bodies and support their own wellness journeys.
