Exercise body, mind and spirit and never, never, never give up.

Recovery How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?

Go for a walk or a swim in the ocean and cuddle my cat.

I build a routine and I don't think about it, I just do it.

20 minutes of daily exercise in the morning, religiously.

Inspiration What inspired you to pursue a career in wellness?

My own battle with a back injury long ago makes me want to help everybody recover just the way I did.

Refinement What small change has improved your well-being?

Increased my water intake by buying a new, big, cute, purple water bottle.
