With a professional background in physiotherapy and specialized experience in clinical leadership, she brings a versatile skill set and a holistic perspective to her role.

Aotearoa Bound. Driven by a passion for New Zealand’s world-renowned landscapes and a personal connection to the country through her partner, Isabel has permanently relocated to Auckland. Bilingual in Spanish and Valencian, her background in music—having played the violin from a young age—reflects a disciplined and detail-oriented approach to excellence in clinic operations.

Active Vitality. When she isn’t in the clinic, Isabel is an outdoor enthusiast who thrives while surfing or rock climbing. She balances her adventurous side with a love for literature, culinary experimentation (always with extra virgin olive oil), and a healthy competitive spirit over a board game with friends.

Drink plenty of water! It is a simple habit that makes a profound difference in how you feel and function.

Unwind How do you de-stress after a busy day?

I head to my safe, relaxed space: whether it's a puzzle, a walk on the beach, sunbathing, or cooking, these activities help me completely recalibrate.

Mindset What do you do for your mental wellness?

I utilize breathing exercises to ground myself and enjoy watching a movie or TV show to effectively switch off and rest the mind.

Discipline How do you prioritize your daily wellness?

Getting enough rest. I maintain a strict sleep routine to ensure I can function at my best the following day.

Watching 'The Office' for the millionth time, funny videos, or simply enjoying silly moments with friends.

Taking my breakfast and coffee outside in the morning. It allows me to start the day with a sense of calm and perspective.
