Hayden is a dedicated Physiotherapist based in Auckland. He graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) in 2017 and completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Biomechanics and Rehabilitation at AUT. With over 8 years of experience across various healthcare settings, he has supported patients recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.
His highly personalised approach combines thorough assessments, manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription, and clear education to help people understand their diagnosis and the root causes of their injuries. He is passionate about empowering clients by explaining why injuries occur and how to prevent them, enabling them to return to what they love stronger and more confident.
Outside the clinic, Hayden runs Reform Fitness Onehunga, a Reformer Pilates studio focused on fitness goals, balance, strength, and long-term resilience. As a keen sportsman who has competed at a high level across many sports, he brings real-world insight and genuine empathy to every person he treats.
