Innate Connection. Julia’s path to chiropractic was shaped by her own experience navigating chronic health hurdles and a back injury in her late teens. Witnessing the transformative power of natural care sparked a lifelong mission to master the art of the adjustment.
Versatile Expertise. After graduating from the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, Julia was awarded a scholarship to specialize in animal chiropractic at Options for Animals in the USA. This unique background allows her to bring an incredibly deep, cross-species perspective to structural alignment and neurological function.
Movement Artistry. With 30 years of dancing experience as a Professional Aerialist, Julia has an intimate understanding of the body’s extremes. She uses her knowledge of high-performance strength and flexibility to help patients push past their own perceived limits and find true internal harmony.
Never stop moving. Whether it's a stretch or a dance, keep the energy flowing through your joints.
I find my peace in nature, often going for a quiet walk or spending time grounded in the garden.
Intentional training sessions at the dance studio. It’s where my mind and body become one.
Routine is my anchor. I set my intentions in the morning so I can show up fully for my daughter and my practice.
Maintaining peak physical conditioning as an aerialist while balancing the demands of motherhood.
Being in the air. Aerial dance gives me a perspective on strength and gravity that I bring into every clinical session.
Learning to listen to the subtle whispers of the body before they become shouts.
The philosophy of Chiropractic itself—the belief that the power that made the body, heals the body.
