Q: What's one simple wellness tip you swear by?
Too many people underestimate the power of a simple lemon, honey, ginger, and turmeric tea when they have a cold! I swear by a strong cup of this twice a day, it always helps me recover quickly.

Q: How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
Straight away getting into a nice hot shower, cozied up afterwards with a fruit tea and a good book or tv show.

Q: What's a book, podcast, or resource that has positively impacted your wellness journey?
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. I read this book a few years ago and it showed me that the characters' journey itself, the experiences, lessons, and personal growth can be just as valuable, if not more so, than the material treasure they were seeking. It’s a lesson that has really stayed with me and reminds me to appreciate the process of growth in my own life.

Q: What is something that makes you laugh?
I probably laugh at myself the most! I think it’s important not to take life too seriously. Finding the humor in my own mistakes helps me stay positive, keeps things light, and reminds me to enjoy the little moments rather than dwelling on setbacks.
