Keep a good mood. Mental state is a foundational part of physical recovery.

I enjoy playing computer games to unwind and shift my focus.

I go to the park every weekend and stay for at least 20 minutes to reconnect with nature.

Spending time talking with my best friend. Social connection is a daily priority for me.

Daily walking. It’s a simple, consistent habit that keeps the body moving.

Dancing and playing card games. Both bring a high level of energy and joy.

I stopped staying up late and started prioritizing early sleep. It has made a significant difference.
