Amanda manages to seamlessly blend holistic and conventional massage techniques into her work, leaving each client feeling renewed in their body, mind and soul.
Her trainings have taken her all over the world, living in Thailand where she received her CIBTAC approved Diploma in massage therapy and anatomy and physiology. In Canada she received specialist deep tissue and hot stone training. In India she trained in Ayurvedic massage including face and head massage. Amanda can also use her skills as a yoga instructor to give constructive after care exercises and stretches so you can maintain a healthy body post treatment.
Allow Amanda to use her international skills to take you on a journey to discover your body in a whole new way, individually tailored to you. Be welcomed warmly and finish her treatments with peace and serenity.

Staying hydrated, eating healthy wholefoods and sleeping well are the pillars for a healthy life

Q: How do you like to de-stress after a busy day?
After a busy work day you'll find me taking a candle lit bath and reading a good book to unwind

Take walks in nature and try to be outside as much as possible

Cooking really tasty homemade food!

Discovering music by Trevor Hall, East Forest, Ram Dass and Nick Mulvey that helped me connect to my human nature

Q: What's a healthy habit you're most proud of?
Being able to hike a mountain! I always have this moment half way, where I don't know if I can make it, but then I break through the doubt and feel so accomplished when I make it to the top

Choosing to pick up a book instead of my phone

Hiking through an Alpine wilderness and maybe swimming in a lake!
