Multiple massage techniques are used to help prevent injuries, prepare the body for athletic activity, maintain it in optimal condition and increase the recovery rate for injuries and workouts. Kinesio taping for injuries is available.

Pre even sports massage will decrease injury occurrence and activate muscles and get you physiologically ready for your event.
Post event sports massage will increase your recovery rate and get you back in to training faster.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF stretching) improves muscle elasticity and range of motion. This advanced form of flexibility training involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted.
